On behalf of Peterson, Berk & Cross, S.C.

PBC Attorney Amy Risseeuw was recently elected vice-chair of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) Women’s Caucus.

Amy also serves as co-chair (along with PBC Attorney Jolene Schneider) of the Women’s Caucus’ Mentoring Program. The program promotes professional growth for young lawyers with less than 10 years of experience, matching them with a more experienced lawyer. It is also open to law students interested in a mentoring experience. If you are a WAJ Women’s Caucus member and would like to sign up, go online for the sign-up form and the mentoring guidelines. The program would like to match the mentees and mentors before October 8.

On October 8, the WAJ Women’s Caucus and New Lawyers Section are hosting a Lunch with Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson, at the Tort and Technique Seminar on Friday, October 8, at Noon, Rigadoon Room, Edgewater Hotel, Madison, WI.

For Women’s Caucus members, the cost is $20 for lunch, and you can register online for the Seminar and Luncheon.
