Attorney Ben L. Lucareli joined Peterson, Berk & Cross, S.C., in 2025, after co-managing a small law firm with his father in both Eagle River and Green Bay, Wisconsin, after graduating from Marquette University Law School in 2018. Ben practices in the Personal Injury section. In addition to personal injury work, Ben also has prior experience in criminal defense, lemon law, and other civil litigation. Ben is dedicated, motivated, and passionate about helping individuals battle insurance companies, corporations, government entities, and others throughout Wisconsin.
While at Marquette University Law School, Ben was successful in various Moot Court competitions, dispute resolution competitions, and served on the Moot Court board. He was also involved in the Public Interest Law Society, interning with the HIDTA/violent crimes unit of the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office each summer during law school, and actively participating in multiple jury trials.
In addition to his law practice, Ben is also an Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Having grown up in Eagle River, Ben is passionate about golf and the great outdoors, enjoying time spent camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys motorcycling and weekends spent at automotive-related events in the area, particularly at Road America.
Ben is a husband to his wife, Molly, a father to their daughter, Eleanor (and the family dog, Milo), and considers his family to be his greatest privilege, honor, and joy in life.
