Wisconsin man seriously injured by drunk driver

The Marathon County Sheriff's Department reported that a drunk driver struck and seriously injured a 39-year-old man on Nov. 7. The accident happened on Highway K around 6 p.m.

2 Superior residents injured in rear-end crash

Two people from Superior were injured when their car was rear-ended in a Duluth crash. Rear-end accidents are among the most common type of auto accidents and often involve whiplash-like injuries and other types of physical trauma. The crash took place on Martin Road in St. Louis County. The victim's car was slowing down to make a turn when the woman behind them failed to stop in time to avoid a collision. Both vehicles were totaled in the accident, and the victim's car was pushed off the road.

2 injured in Cashton car accident

A recent auto accident in Cashton sent two drivers to the hospital with injuries. The accident occurred around 5 p.m. when a car driven on Highway 33 by a 17-year-old boy crossed Highway 27 without seeing an oncoming car driven by a 52-year-old woman. The two cars collided at the intersection; both drivers were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.If a driver is involved in a collision, the first priority is to ensure everyone's safety.
