PBC Attorney Avi Berk will appear at a pledge drive on November 18, 2011, for The Avenue radio, 91.1.

PBC attorney Avram Berk has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ). The term of office is two years.  Avi has served on the WAJ Board since 1984.

WAJ is the largest voluntary statewide bar organization in Wisconsin. Members of the Association are attorneys who represent consumers seeking to hold wrongdoers accountable for injuries arising from accidents, malpractice, or unsafe products.

PBC Attorney Avi Berk was a speaker at a November 5, 2010 full-day seminar, “21st Annual Institute of Trial Practice.”  The seminar was co-sponsored by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Avi presented a segment on the direct examination of the plaintiff.  Other presenters, including a judge and well-regarded litigation attorneys, presented other segments pertinent to trial practice.
