Legal Fees: Contingency or Flexible Flat Fee Arrangements
Our firm provides employees and immigrant workers with flexible fee arrangements. Some of our clients have contingency-fee arrangements where no out-of-pocket legal fees are paid (with the opponent paying fees if you settle or win). Some clients have flat fees or other fee arrangements that limit out-of-pocket legal fees.
If out-of-pocket legal fees are ever required for employee rights representation, we give our clients clear information in advance, and they can make an informed decision about whether or not they wish to pay the fees. We avoid “surprises” with legal fees, and provide clarity in advance as to whether representation would be on contingency, and if not, what the out-of-pocket legal fees would be.
