While accumulating over 50 years of experience representing injured people in personal injury actions, the attorneys and paralegal support staff at Peterson, Berk & Cross, S.C., have developed a team concept for handling our cases. The attorneys working in the personal injury section have tremendous experience in all aspects of negotiation and trial law. Each client has the full range of that experience to draw on in every case being handled by our office.

Each case that comes into our office is assigned to a paralegal who is responsible for the progress of the case and communication with the client from the time the file is opened until it is closed. The paralegal works closely with the attorney responsible for each phase of the case to ensure that the case progresses as quickly as possible. The experience and expertise of the most appropriate member of our personal injury team is devoted to each aspect of our client's case.

Many, if not most, of the cases handled by our personal injury team were referred to us by the client's personal attorney. We take great pride in the confidence in our office shown by these referrals. In each case, a lawyer on our team is assigned to track the case and coordinate the progress of the claim with the referring attorney. Our clients have access to both offices if they have concerns during the progress of their cases.
