Michael Brown is a litigation attorney at Peterson, Berk & Cross whose legal practice involves employee rights, consumer rights, contract litigation and class litigation.
Michael has represented hundreds of clients with diverse backgrounds, jobs, and nationalities, and has helped them achieve positive results. He has represented people in many legal forums, spanning from administrative hearings to trial and appellate work, including argument at the state Supreme Court and federal appellate work.
Michael assists clients with matters concerning lost wages or money, fraud, contract disputes,wrongful job termination and discrimination.
Michael has participated in several individual- rights organizations, including his service as board Chair of the State Bar’s Civil Rights and Liberties section. Michael is also on the faculty of Solo Practice University, and teaches a virtual-law course regarding individual-rights legal issues and practice.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, and has been with Peterson, Berk & Cross since 2007.
