Recent victories by Attorney Clausz:
In an OWI case, he was able to have all the evidence suppressed and the case dismissed, because the police entered his client's house without a warrant after his client had arrived home and gone to bed.

In a felony drug case, the charges were dismissed after the judge granted Attorney Clausz's motion to suppress the cocaine illegally found by the police in his client's car when the police detained his client without reasonable suspicion to stop him.

In an OWI case, the charge was reduced to reckless driving because the traffic sign his client was alleged to have failed to obey, was not hung at the proper height. This put into question the legality of the stop.
