Client of PBC Atty. Dan Clausz Successful in Getting Charges Dismissed

PBC Attorney Dan Clausz represented a client charged with felony battery and a misdemeanor. Dan made a request to the Court that the prosecutor turn over additional police reports.  Once the Court granted that request, the prosecutor chose to dismiss all charges rather than release that information to the defense.
